Paulina holds a BA in History from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México. Her current research interests include the evolution in communication technologies, particularly those of print culture and its effects on the production and order of knowledge, paying close attention to material discourse and its reception. Other scholarly interests include modern and contemporary historiography and intellectual history. She is a collaborator of the project Lexicón de formas discursivas cultivadas por la Compañía de Jesús.
