RLL Undergrads Win First Prize for Risotto

Four undergraduates in Italian (Luna Splendori, Alicia Haydon, Madeline Gedvila, and Kavitya Sarma) won first prize at the Duello ai Fornelli, the Scuola Italiana Enrico Fermi’s annual cooking competition. Faced with stiff competition from DePaul, Northwestern, Loyola, and UIC, UChicago’s creamy risotto al prosecco took first place in the junior category.
